Ever since I got to Iowa, I haven’t exactly done amazingly-exciting-blogworthy things (therefore lack of Iowa-related posts). And we reached before Christmas, so we were super busy with Christmas preparations and after Christmas I managed to get a lot of shopping done and well, I fall sick, obviously.
I’m not ME if I don’t fall sick.
It’s like, Madonna makes music.
I make doctor bills.
Oh wells…
I will, however, entertain you with a couple of interesting pixels.
:)
I can already hear you guys go “yay!”
This is the reason I LOVE America, cinnamon rolls the size of my FACE;

This is the backyard, where Anjali, Aidan (my cousins) and I had a snowball fight. After 5 minutes I gave up trying to run in the snow and just decided to sit and let them throw snowballs at me;

This is the awesome gingerbread train my awesome aunt made. Don’t you just LOVEEE it??
And finally,
this is me, loving/hating the snow;
Oh wells, until next time. x
Haha, I am so cool ;)

Maiden Voyage; our very nautical graduation prom.

The show started off with VivaVertical poledancers, both male AND female. oooh lala.
I just wish the male poledancers were as indecently dressed as the female ones :(
Oh wells.

I think the main highlight of the prom was the poledancers and of course, the transexuals.

“What’s your shoesize boy??”
Really, a prom isn’t a prom without a transexual hitting on your friends boyfriends.

Anyways, prom wasn’t as magical/awesome as I hoped it to be. But my date/friends made it very magical for me. For the oblivious ones who still don’t know who my date was;

YeeHsiong.

AND THESE ARE MY HOMIES :D  Oh God. I went out of the hall for a bit, and when I came back the trannie was at our table and then she just pulls me up on stage. Note: MY SHOES WERE DAMN HARD TO WALK IN. So I tripped on the stairs and fell :( And then the trannie was talking, bla bla bla. We had to catwalk and win the Ms/Mr Fabulous title. Note: MY SHOES WERE DAMN HARD TO WALK IN. And then I catwalked damn stupidly. But I still won :p Sorry Rizal haha.

But yes, thank you for making prom magical for me.

Merry Christmas!
Yeah look at all those presents.
My aunt decided to go major on Christmas this year. All her family are here and we’re all celebrating Christmas together! Which explains why there’s like a million presents under (or rather around) our tree.
All these presents were wrapped in red/green Christmas-themed wrapping paper.
But there was one little box under the tree that went against the norm…
PINK DELL INSPIRON WINDOWS 7 W000000000T!
I love you Santa.
Anyways, there’s a lot of yummy food that’s waiting for me downstairs.
Updates on prom soon.

BYEEEEEEEEEE.

Kieran is such a dummy.
A very sweet dummy. He took me out for dinner last Wednesday.
Ahh, I miss him.

We had good food, horrible risotto.
I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEE RISOTTO, but never order the seafood one at Italiannies!
You might as well take a gun and blow your brains out.

thanks you.

Rest&relax - that was what day3 was all about. As usual, we started off our day with bumming around in the beach. I love bumming around in the beach. So nice lahh :) And as per always, we took a million pixels. And we ate a lot of yummy ice-cream. Eating ice-cream, wearing sunnies and bumming around the beach.

Bliss.

Reshmin is smelly!

TokioHotel FTW!

I decided to bring my fisheye along, once my dad posts me the photos (oh right, as I blog this I’m already in America!), I’ll post them up (:

Sandra, Carrie & Carmen..on a rock.

Sandra, Carrie & I…under a rock.

My friends are so pretty (:

MY FRIENDS ALSO STALK SMALL LITTLE GIRLS!

My friends are also damn retarded…

Mostly retarded.

But I still love them (:

After all that ice-cream, we realized we were so late for our spa session. So we quickly went on to Spa Bay for our Balinese massages. I never really had a full body massage before AND MAN AM I MISSING OUT ON LIFE. I love massages! Shalina and I got ours done together, and once it was over we were contemplating whether or not we should wear our Batik towels or put our clothes back on.

You can figure what we chose to do.

We had to leave early, so we didn’t really have time to do anything.

But we did do this;

I’m going to miss this.

I think our entire trip consisted of us chilling out at the beach in the morning/afternoon and doing everything else after. Like on Thursday morning, we drove to Emerald Bay and we got comfortable on our lazy chairs and munched on Pocky while listening to our mp3s/ipods.
They wore their sunnies, I wore my hat =p

Hmm, for some reason, the sound of the waves crashing on the shore, the hot sun kissing your body and the salty sea breeze can magically make everything so relaxing.
Which is probably why we could sleep on the lazy chairs with such ease.

And once we were done lazing around,
we played in the sea,
burried Carmen in the sand and turned her into a mermaid with abs,
poked the dead jellyfish,
amp;posed&posed&posed!

Once we were done at Emerald Bay, we headed back to Marina Bay for some watersports.
I was never so big on watersports (or anything really that involved my body being in the sea),
BUT ONCE I RODE THAT JETSKI.
IT WAS LIKE WOOOH, NO MORE STOPPING ME!
All the bruises, falls and sore body parts were so worth it cause MAN we had some serious watersports fun!

After all that fun, it was time to head back to our room and get ready for dinner.
Dinner was greeeat. I had King Prawn risotto.
I love prawns and I especially love risotto, so the combination was flavourgasmic.

Crap, I have a risotto craving now :/

Today was nice.
:)
I woke up late, ate my favourite mushroom curry thingy majingy for lunch, watched a really stupid movie called Assasination of a High School President. I can’t believe MIscha Barton and Bruce Willis would waste their time on such a stupid movie. DON’T WATCH IT. Watch 500daysofsummer instead, i LOVE that movie. Then I met up with Jeremy at the Curve. We were supposed to watch Princess & The Frog (HIS IDEA, NOT MINE, I WANTED TO WATCH ZOMBIELAND!) but mehh I was too late to collect the tickets so that didn’t happen. We had dinner together at TGIF and then had ice-cream afterwards.

I loveeeee Jeremy lah.
He might seem weird, well, I guess he is.
But we have so much of fun together.
We were singing the L-O-V-E song while we were walking around and we sounded like idiots, but haha we have a song now don’t we germs?
(Note: Jeremy and I are not dating. He has germs. So, like, EWW)

And what I love most about Jeremy Liau is,
that he still puts donkey ears behind my head when we take pictures together.

I just got back from the beach,
and I miss it already!

Tsen, Li Ling, Shalina, Carrie, Reshmin, Sandra, Carmen and I went to Pangkor Laut Resort. I love that place. If you ever want to escape from the hectic city life and runaway to the sandy, sunny sea, go to PLR.
The place is tres awesome!

The roadtrip there consisted of Carrie being our DJ and playing music the entire 3 hour drive to Lumut. Then from Lumut it was a boat ride to the island.

Boat rides are so fun.

:)

Once we put on our bikinis, we went to the beach and just chilled. Tsen drew. Some of them listened to music. Some of us slept while listening to the sound of the waves crashing to the shore. We all posed, of course.

After a really yum dinner that consisted of butter prawns, sweet&sour fish and more fish, we all got into our pajamas. Tsen, Shalina and I all matched some way or the other :P

And then the 8 of us got cosy and did some ritual posing before starting the movie.

We watched My Sisters Keeper.
:(
Tsen, Shalina and I cried our eyes out, fought for the tissue box and cried even more. They weren’t so noisy. I was wailing already. SUCH A SAD MOVIE LAHHH. HAIYO.
I TOLD THEM DON’T WATCH AN EMO MOVIE, MUST WATCH HAPPY MOVIE.
NO ONE LISTENS!

Shalina and I then woke up the next morning with blocked noses.

And that was Day1.

My nails are super yummy
I can’t think of anything smart to say about my uber cool watermelon nails.
So I’ll tell you what I’m doing today.
I’m going to go see youknowkhoo!
And we’re going to watch New Moon!
AND TOMORROW I AM GOING TO THE BEACH.
My watermelon nails are going to love the sun, sand and the seeaaa.
